Lead a team of 8, and act as the key strategic partner to senior clients (CMOs, CEOs). Responsible for developing and executing positioning, messaging, audience personas, customer storytelling, and end-to-end GTM strategies.Developed a new methodology used to uncover white space opportunities for clients, and ensure an integrated, digital-first approach to marketing, creative, events, PR, and sales enablement — resulting in a 132% increase in practice revenue in 2017.

VP, Digital Practice (Mediaco) @ Weber Shandwick (San Francisco)

The first West Coast hire for Mediaco — a digital content and new media storytelling group within the world’s largest PR firm. Founded a team of strategists, writers, paid media specialists, creatives, developers, and data analysts to support regional operations. Acquired and led AOR relationships with VMware, Intuit, and Ubisoft. Grew annual revenue from $3M to $22M in my first 2.5 years leading the practice.

Sr. Manager, Global Digital Marketing @ HP (Palo Alto)

Led a cross-functional, global team chartered with pioneering digital innovation and partnering with emerging SaaS and tech partners on behalf the HP product portfolio.
Established HP as an industry best-in-class brand in social media, and led a globally orchestrated approach to digital content — campaigns, landing pages, emails, blogs, PR, social media, SEO, SEM, and display advertising programs — resulting in a 312% increase in e-commerce traffic, and $12 million per month in sales during my tenure.

Co-built the B2B and B2C messaging architecture for the “Make It Matter” campaign — HP’s first brand campaign in a decade.Briefed agencies, oversaw the design of a global visual/voice identity system, and messaging architecture, partnered with EMEA, APJ, LATM leads and channel partners for global roll out.Managed the delivery of broadcast, digital, social, event, print and custom editorial integrations. The work resulted in a $3.14B increase in brand value as measured by Interbrand, a #10 Best Global Brands ranking for the first time in company history, and the most followed brand on LinkedIn.



Manager, Global Search Marketing @ HP (Palo Alto)

Search engine marketing strategist and lead for NA, EMEA, APJ and LA regions. Managed multiple SEM agencies — Performics, Modem Media, Blue, XM-Asia — with budgets well into the multi-millions.Improved acquisition growth 425% in 2007 and saw a 193% ROI on NA search activity based on direct sales to online store.



Product Marketing Manager, Printers @ HP (Canada)

Responsible for the roadmap and full lifecycle marketing of consumer print products within the Canadian market. Pioneered Canada’s first bilingual email program, resulting in 1.8M active subscribers within first 2 years of launch.
